CAUAYAN CITY – Lawmakers from the sixth district of Isabela have announced his vote on the anti-terrorism bill.
Representative Inno Dy of Isabela’s sixth district, he said his vote was “yes” because there are so many terrorist concerns in the country that it should be addressed.
According to him, the terrorist group is spreading not only in the country but in the rest of the world and should only pay close attention.
This ensures that the human rights of the detainees will not be violated as law enforcement will also be held liable.
He added that lawmakers can still protest if there is no violence.
