The Philippine ambassador to Brazil is being repatriated.
This is related to the allegation that Ambassador Marichu Mauro allegedly abused her staff.
Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. said. that Mauro is being sent back to the Philippines to explain her alleged mistreatment of her staff.
Mauro was found to cover Colombia, Guyana, Suriname and Venezuela.
The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) is expected to issue an additional statement regarding the said report.
