Cong. Boying Remulla, replied to his brother Governor Jonvic’s open letter to him

MANILA, Philippines – Cavite Governor Jonvic Remulla chided his brother Cavite 7th District Rep. Jesus Crispin “Boying” Remulla who was spotted jotting down notes while the Philippine national anthem was being played before the hearing on ABS-CBN’s franchise renewal at the House of Representatives on June 29. The younger Remulla expressed his disappointment in a letter addressed to his brother, which he posted on his Facebook account on Friday.

In a Facebook post he admitted the mistake about the viral video he had taken while writing a Flag Ceremony

Asking for the dispensary lawmaker, and he continues to ask for his forgiveness.

Also included in his post is Congressman Remulla’s staunch opposition to ABS-CBN.

After Governor Jonvic Remulla’s open letter to his brother, Cavite 7th District Representative Jesus Crispin “Boying” Remulla, was published on social media, the congressman shared a response.

Cong. Boying Remulla, he read the brother’s letter carefully and felt his brother’s concern for him.

In his open letter, Governor Jonvic reminded the brother.

Congressman Remulla replied that the legislature had demanded the dispensation, and that he had continued to ask for forgiveness.

In this Facebook post, Congressman Remulla criticized the TV network.

He said a friend warned him about the alleged “MONSTROSITY called ABS-CBN.”

“He told me that ABS-CBN is like a God, with tons of money and other resources at their disposal, to be used to crush anybody who would stand in their way, like the tragic figure called ERAP that the masses elected in 1998,”
said Governor Remulla.

He also mentioned ABS-CBN’s alleged brainwashing of the people.

“For the past 33 years, since the passage of the 1987 Constitution, ABS-CBN has implanted into the public pysche the abuse, corruption and stupidity of Congress and government officials and workers. They have brainwashed our people that there is no honor in public service and never allowed anybody to answer back in the same forum. Or the same television programs.

The congressman’s accusation is that the trolls have been using the network to harass him on social media.

“And they have used social media to assasinate my character, employing millions of trolls in the process.

Congressman Jesus Crispin “Boying” Remulla and Governor Jonvic Remulla are the children of former Cavite Governor Johnny Remulla.

Congressman Remulla is vice chairperson of the House committee on good government and public accountability, which is part of the commitee on legislative franchises that hear ABS-CBN’s franchise renewal in Congress.


The congressman will be remembered for garnering criticism for the way he questioned the invited resource persons from ABS-CBN and the viral video in which he was seen writing while the National Anthem was playing.
