The two lawyers of the respondents in the murder of flight attendant Christine Dacera went to the PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-National Capital Region.
They arrived at 8:00 this morning Atty. Mike Santiago lawyer Gregorio De Guzman and Atty Paul Malapote, lawyer Jammyr Cunanan at Camp Crame.
The two lawyers brought their respondent’s position paper and met with CIDG-NCR chief, Col. Randy Silvio.
According to the two lawyers, they received the subpoenas sent by the police after PNP Chief Police General Sinas ordered their clients to surrender.
Since the Makati Court has ordered the release of the 3 suspects last night, they will also wait for the preliminary investigation into the case and then present their clients.
It will be recalled that Sinas first said that he will give 3 days to the Dacera case suspects who surrendered and if they are not presented, they will be contemptible.
According to Col. Silvio, they have not yet determined the location of the other five respondents in the case.
They will review the position paper submitted by the two lawyers to appear for their clients.
