The Federal Aviation Administration has implemented a new restricted “national defense airspace” at the home of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden in Wilmington, Delaware.
According to the FAA, the one mile radius no-fly zone will be active until Wednesday, November 11.
A flight restriction has also been imposed on the Chase Center, the place where Biden’s victory speech can be held in case he wins the US presidency.
The FAA clarified that flight restrictions are standard security protocols for party’s presidential nominees.
The current president has a 30-mile ring of roving restricted airspace on all trips from the country’s capital.
Aside from filght restrictions, they added secret service agents in preparation for Biden’s possible victory in the US presidency.
