Malacañang said the qualifications sought to lead PhilHealth, which is shrouded in controversy over the alleged corruption mafia, are simple.
This was stated by Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque after PhilHealth President and CEO Ricardo Morales submitted a resignation letter.
Sec. Roque, any PhilHealth leader must have office management skills or managerial skills.
According to Sec. Roque, in addition to such qualifications, it is also important that the office leader knows how to guard the treasury.
If this is not possible, PhilHealth’s resources will actually be depleted due to personal interests.
