The observed low pressure area (LPA) in the eastern part of our country will bring rain to large parts of Eastern Visayas and Southern Luzon.
Its center was identified 25 km north of Catarman, Northern Samar.
At present it is less likely to be a new storm.
In extreme Northern Luzon, the north wind brings rain, along with the cold breeze.
